Michael J. Hession, MD
Michael J. Hession, MD is a graduate of Boston College and Dartmouth Medical School. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at University Hospital (Boston Medical Center) and his Cardiovascular Fellowship at Brigham and Women's Hospital under Bernard Lown, MD. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. Currently, he works as a cardiologist and Medical Director at Brigham Health Harbor Medical. He has held academic appointments as a clinical instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School and as an assistant clinical professor of medicine at Tufts Medical School. Nine times he has been recognized in Boston Magazine's Top Doctors annual edition for cardiovascular disease. He is the author of "Physician Heal Thyself Nearly Dead and the Journey Back to Health".
