Art is a cybercrime expert with 40 years of experience in law enforcement and corrections. He has been recognized with top awards for his work in promoting cybercrime awareness and control tools within community corrections, including honors from the American Probation and Parole Association and the
Federal Probation and Pretrial Officers Association.

In 2016, he received the High Technology Crime Investigators Association (HTCIA) Lifetime Achievement Award, underscoring his contributions to the field. Art is a lifetime member of HTCIA and former International President. He is the author of The Cybercrime Handbook for Community Corrections: Managing Offender Risk in the 21st Century and co-authored with Todd Shipley Investigating Internet Crimes: An Introduction to Solving Crimes in Cyberspace.

Attorney Kelli King-Penner

Kelli is a partnering attorney at Mannor Law Group, dedicated to helping clients with estate planning and long-term care. An Accredited Attorney through the VA’s Office of General Counsel, she serves on the Michigan Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys Board. Kelli is also an active member of the Michigan State Bar's Elder Law and Disability Rights, Probate and Estate Planning, and Real Property Sections. A frequent speaker on elder law and estate planning, she contributes to the Institute of Continuing Education.

Kelli graduated from Central Michigan University and earned her law degree from Michigan State University College of Law, where she was part of the nationally recognized Appellate Moot Court team. She is a member of the Genesee, Oakland, and Livingston County Bar Associations and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

My journey began when my grandmother was diagnosed, and my father became her caregiver. This experience planted the seed for my passion of supporting caregivers and the dementia community.

Savannah Meksto, CDP

Savannah Meksto is an Executive Director at Mannor Law Group and Executive Producer of Advice From Your Advocates Podcast. She is a diverse professional with experience in marketing, business development, social services, team leadership, and training facilitation.

Before  Mannor Law Group, Savannah worked as a business consultant and marketing director for a CRM software company in Tampa, FL where she also became a Certified Agile Marketing Specialist and Project Manager.

Previously, Savannah was a case manager and volunteer services coordinator for the MDHHS PATH program. She also monitored all local non-profit sites that leveraged PATH Program volunteers, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of both the agency and participants.

At that same time, she also co-founded and operated a non-profit art program that received funding from the Ruth Mott Foundation, Greater Flint Arts Council, and United Way Foundation.
